Class 2: Basics

Enrolments for basics are now closed.

In the basics class, teams will be introduced to new equipment, and solidify basic handling techniques. Dogs will be introduced to contact equipment at a low height, as well as training weave poles and different types of jumps. By the end of this class, you and your dog will be able to successfully navigate a sequence of several obstacles.

To be eligible for the basics class, dogs must have passed the assessment given at the end of foundations. To ensure your success in the basics class, it is a requirement to have attended at least 7 out of 10 weeks in the term, unless external factors such as weather mean the class is cancelled.

To avoid disappointment, please pay when you enrol.  Payment is due by the end of Friday before the term begins. 

Please use the name of the person who will be training on the payment and the class name and term number as the reference e.g. Basics T1

PLEASE NOTE: Everybody must rejoin as a member in Term 1. Even if you joined the club last October, you must rejoin at the start of the year. Nobody is a current 2024 club member UNLESS they have already rejoined and paid fees for this year. Thank you.
